Mid-Atlantic Historic Preservation Services LLC was founded in 2012. David Kimmerly is the principal consultant and founder of the company. He has many years of experience in historic preservation and planning. The company has a specialization in architectural history, historic research and historic preservation planning.

At Mid-Atlantic Historic Preservation Services LLC, we value all types and ages of historic buildings. Historic downtowns have naturally occurring mixed use main streets. We strive to document these important commercial downtowns as well as residential, institutional and industrial buildings. We believe strongly in finding ways to adapt buildings and landscapes for economic benefits of the community
